Dr. Anshika is a qualified internal medicine specialist with over 4 years of experience. She holds a medical degree from the esteemed Kasturba Medical College (MAHE) and is currently pursuing her MRCPUK degree from the Royal College of London.

She is also a certified health coach from the Coach Training Alliance, USA, and has been working with individuals with chronic health conditions for over 3 years. Her passion for holistic healing and health led her to pursue functional medicine, and she is currently working towards her IFMCP certification.

With experience as a resident doctor at renowned medical institutions like FMRI Gurgaon and Max Super Speciality Hospitals Delhi, Dr. Anshika has a strong foundation in conventional medicine. Additionally, she holds an internationally recognized medical license under the General Medical Council UK and has worked in the NHS healthcare system for nearly 3 years, including at tertiary care centers like Queen Alexandra Hospital Portsmouth and Queen Elizabeth Hospital Birmingham.
